Job Description

Insight Global is looking for Service Technicians who can help customers operate more efficiently and safely by applying, installing and servicing products and solutions in four major categories: Truck & Rail Loading Docks, Storage, Safety, and Energy conservation. The service Technicians will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining—including but not limited to: Dock Levelers, Vehicle Restraints, Scissor Lifts, High Speed Doors, Rolling Doors, Fans and Air Curtains.

Key Responsibilities

• Project a positive image
• Evaluate faulty equipment and ensure proper operation
• Maintain a record of all service work and repairs performed within the electronic service record
• Maximize labor revenue and efficiency by working with the operations manager
• Drive safely from customer to customer
• Effectively communicate with parts and sales department to make sure customer needs are met on time
• Perform work in a variety of environments and other duties as assigned by operations
