Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Field Service Technician III to perform warranty and non-warranty repairs in customers’ homes within the Denver area. You will diagnose issues, determine warranty eligibility, and communicate findings professionally to customers and internal teams.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to travel across the assigned service territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in glass/window industry preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty and non-warranty repairs in customers' homes.
• Adjust components, replace parts and hardware, perform water testing, and take measurements.
• Diagnose product issues and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Document all work completed accurately and thoroughly.
• Travel throughout your assigned territory to customer locations.
• Coordinate parts and materials for service calls.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent MITER Brands professionally.
