Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician II to deliver advanced service solutions for customers, including window and door replacements and repairs on-site. You will represent the Andersen brand, document work, and ensure warranties while traveling within and beyond primary markets.

The role requires climbing, lifting up to 70 lbs, and strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• 2 or more years window installation experience (preferably Andersen products).
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work on ladders/scaffolding and lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of advanced service solutions and promote the Andersen brand.
• Dismantle and replace windows/doors in customer settings.
• Repair and install replacement parts; work independently or in a team.
• Document tasks accurately and timely, including hours and travel.
• Ensure warranty compliance and report product performance observations.
