Job summary

Mountain West Windows and Doors in Utah seeks a Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, inspect, adjust, repair and replace window and door products at customer locations. Knowledge of general construction practices and/or window and door products requested.
Experience safely operating common power tools (saws, nail guns, drills).
Basic computer skills; ability to learn company/Marvin software.

Responsibilities

Diagnose product issues and perform field service and repairs on Marvin and other products.
Replace glass and install/replace shades, blinds, muntins, screens, and related components.
Educate customers on product care, operation, and maintenance.
Complete service work orders and documentation for follow-up, billing, and issues.
Conduct job-site walk-throughs and document necessary corrections.
