A.O. Smith Corp. is seeking a Service Technician III for residential and commercial water systems, based in Appleton, WI.

This onsite role involves regional field service, customer visits, equipment servicing and repair, salt delivery, and dealer support to maintain strong customer relationships. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 5+ years of related experience; proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and SAP; knowledge of water systems and codes; ability to work independently or

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• 5+ years of related work experience or training.
• Proficiency with computers and programs, specifically Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and SAP.
• Customer service experience required.
• Understanding of local, state, and national codes and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as a team to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of water supply systems, pressure boosting, regulation and piping.
• Associates degree in related field preferred.
• Field HVAC/Plumbing/Mechanical experience preferred.
• Experience with Control Systems (PLCs) and Building Integration Systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Regional field service responsibility which includes but not limited to; customer site visits, defusing tense situations, maintaining relationships, servicing equipment, repairing equipment, delivering salt, dealer support and customer service support.
