Job summary

Xerox is seeking a Production Service Technician for the 2nd shift in Chantilly, VA. You will provide top-tier service to clients, perform repairs on large-scale production equipment, and manage maintenance activities from diagnostics to software loads.

You will act as the primary contact to ensure customer satisfaction and support inventory needs. The role requires electro-mechanical experience, strong time management, and the ability to lift and work in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Senior electro-mechanical experience using a multi-meter to troubleshoot electrical circuits.
• Ability to read and comprehend electrical schematics for proper troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated diagnostic and repair capabilities on large-scale production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients; manage calls and resolve issues per SLA.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on electromechanical production equipment; diagnose issues.
• Handle software loads, installation, retrofit, and use of remote resolution tools.
• Be the primary customer contact for satisfaction and manage inventories for assigned equipment.
• Mentor colleagues on policies, procedures and repair best practices.
