K Group Companies in Ohio seeks a Field Service Technician II to support West Chester clients, building on Level I work with advanced device configuration, system commissioning, and customer training.

You will lead installation teams, mentor Level 1 installers, coordinate with project staff and customers, and work with nurse call, access control, and video surveillance systems. A strong IT/networking foundation and a valid US driver’s license are required.

Qualifikationen

• Construction/field experience required.
• Knowledge of electricity (high/low voltage).
• Telecom basics (TCP/IP, networking, VoIP).
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Strong communication skills.
• Leadership or supervision experience preferred.
• Experience with fire, CCTV, intrusion, nurse call systems advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Perform Level I responsibilities and project documentation.
• Manage tickets and keep stakeholders updated.
• Lead team tasks and delegate work as appropriate.
• Mentor Level 1 installers and gather feedback for improvement.
• Coordinate with Project Delivery Coordinators, PMs, and customers.
• Work with nurse call, card access, and video surveillance systems.
• Pursue development in leadership and communications.
• Conduct FAT and ensure proper system configuration and commissioning.
