Crete United is seeking a Field Service Supervisor for commercial HVAC to lead and coordinate field technicians, manage outages, preventive maintenance, and customer communications.

Relocation to Davenport, IA is offered with up to $10,000 relocation assistance; position is full-time, on-site, with overtime and on-call rotation. EPA 608 certification is required; IA Journeyman license a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC technical training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA 608 certification required for applicable refrigerant work; Universal certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, lead, and support field service technicians working on commercial HVAC systems.
• Coordinate daily service calls, technician schedules, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and customer requests.
• Oversee troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, air handlers, and controls.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to company quality standards.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for commercial buildings and properties.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians diagnosing complex HVAC issues.
• Review service tickets, work orders, repair estimates, and technician reports for accuracy.
