Job summary

Crete United is seeking a Field Service Supervisor for commercial HVAC in Davenport, IA, with relocation assistance available. The role oversees field technicians, coordinates service calls, and ensures safe, efficient completion of HVAC work.

The candidate should have 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience and strong leadership abilities. The position offers full-time hours, overtime, on-call rotation, and a pay range up to $60 per hour (DOE).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC training preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead field service technicians on commercial HVAC systems.
• Coordinate daily service calls, technician schedules, and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of rooftop units, chillers, boilers, air handlers, and controls.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for commercial buildings and properties.
• Provide technical guidance to diagnose complex HVAC issues.
