Crete United is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to oversee commercial HVAC field technicians in the Davenport, IA area. You will manage service calls, preventive maintenance programs, and on-call rotations while maintaining safety and high workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience and supervisory background.
• EPA Section 608 certification required for applicable refrigerant work; Universal preferred.
• Strong knowledge of rooftop units, chillers, boilers, air handlers, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and support field service technicians.
• Coordinate daily service calls, schedules, preventive maintenance, and emergencies.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics of HVAC equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion of work.
