Job summary

Crete United in Davenport, IA is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead and coordinate HVAC service activities for commercial and industrial systems. This role offers full-time hours, 8-hour shifts, overtime, and on-call rotation.

Compensation is up to $60 per hour DOE, with a strong focus on safety and quality service. The supervisor will oversee technicians, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain records while delivering reliable, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Iowa HVAC License or ability to obtain within probation period.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Install and replace HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform system inspections, testing, and maintenance.
• Conduct warranty work, adjustments, and repairs.
• Adhere to safety standards and customer expectations.
• Maintain detailed service records and complete work efficiently.

Required

Preferred

• Experience with educational, commercial, or industrial facilities
• Familiarity with chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, burners, RTUs, VRF, and VAV systems
• OSHA 10 certification or higher
• OEM certifications (Trane, Carrier, Daikin, etc.)
