Qualifications

• HVAC tech training or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA Section 608 certification required for refrigerant work; Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field service technicians on commercial HVAC systems.
• Coordinate daily service calls and technician schedules.
• Oversee troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC equipment.
• Ensure work meets safety standards and quality expectations.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for commercial properties.
• Provide technical support to technicians diagnosing complex issues.
• Review service tickets and estimates for accuracy.
• Monitor labor costs, productivity, and material usage.
• Communicate with property managers and customers about service needs.
• Coordinate parts and equipment to complete service work efficiently.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies are followed.
• Train and mentor technicians to maintain high service quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce callbacks.
