Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in semiconductor field service or capital equipment environments.
• Ability to interpret electronic/electromechanical schematics.
• Structured troubleshooting methodologies and root-cause analysis.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for semiconductor equipment.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide on-site coaching.
• Install, maintain, and repair semiconductor equipment with minimal supervision.
• Review tool-performance data to identify trends and risks; drive improvements.
• Own customer relationships and coordinate cross-functional escalations.
