Responsibilities

Create technical and commercial field service proposals.
Review and mark-up customer specifications.
Collaborate with regional and product teams on proposals.
Coordinate proposal scope, schedule, budget and responsibilities.
Calculate costs for service scope of supply.
Participate in bid preparation, scope, schedule, budget and division of responsibilities.
Prepare LOA documents.
Support sales during negotiations.
Maintain opportunities in Siemens CRM.
CRM and LOA processes for pipeline management and bid approval.
Handover project information to execution after contract award.
Participate in improving bidding processes.
