Job summary

You will review specs, prepare layouts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver complete, technically sound proposals while supporting contract negotiations and handover to project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering; willingness to travel < 10%.
• Ability to analyze specifications and single-line diagrams to fit customer needs with cost efficiency.
• Basic financial knowledge to participate in business planning and lifecycle management.
• Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication within a team environment.
• Experience with market trends to justify projects and close gaps.
• Proficiency with MS Office; interest in learning product configuration/pricing tools.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specs and documents; identify preliminary scope of work.
• Prepare layout and single-line drawings to illustrate scope when needed.
• Collaborate with engineers to generate technical solutions for GIS/MV switchgear.
• Prepare RFQ packages for third-party products and work with Procurement for quotes.
• Evaluate quotes and recommend design and vendor choices.
• Develop cost models for quotations and secure senior approvals.
• Prepare customer-facing proposals for MV switchgear and related products.
• Engage with customers and collaborate with sales; coordinate with PMO during handover.
