Job summary

XNRGY Climate Solutions is seeking a hands-on Field Service Program Manager to own the end-to-end service program lifecycle for mission-critical HVAC and data center systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive scalable processes, and ensure quality, delivery, and customer outcomes across multiple sites in North America.

The role requires strong program management, operational discipline, and a continuous improvement mindset to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in service operations or program management.
• Proven track record managing complex service programs with highly technical products.
• Experience in manufacturing, HVAC, or data center environments preferred; adjacent complex industries encouraged.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems, service management platforms, and dashboards.
• Engineering background preferred; strong operational, business, or technical PM experience considered.
• Willingness to travel across the U.S. (50–80%), with regular time at the Arizona office.

Responsibilities

• Apply program and project management methodologies for scalable, repeatable service execution.
• Own and lead cross-functional internal and external teams across all service activities (rework, start-up, commissioning, warranty, field support).
• Establish program governance, standard work, and execution frameworks across projects and regions.
• Ensure safety compliance and execution readiness across field activities.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies; adjust plans to meet delivery timelines.
