Job summary

XNRGY Climate Systems is seeking a Field Service Program Manager to lead post-production service programs across multiple hyperscale data center projects. You will coordinate commissioning, startup, warranty, rework, and field support with customers, general contractors, and internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, operational leadership, and the ability to travel 50-80% across the United States to customer sites, with on-site presence during extended project periods.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in service operations, program management, or project management.
• Experience managing complex service programs with highly technical products.
• Background in data center, HVAC, or manufacturing environments preferred; other complex industries acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service program lifecycle across multiple projects and geographies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including customers, GC's, field teams, engineering, and quality.
• Establish governance, standard work, and execution frameworks for consistency across projects.
