• 8+ years of progressive experience in service operations or program management.

Responsibilities

• Apply program management methodologies to ensure scalable, repeatable execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams across service activities (rework, startup, commissioning, warranty, field support).
• Establish governance and standard work for consistency across projects and regions.
• Ensure safety compliance and readiness across field activities.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies and adjust plans to meet timelines.
• Serve as primary escalation point with external partners such as General Contractors; on-site presence required.
