Job summary

XNRGY Climate Systems is seeking an experienced Field Service Program Manager to lead service execution across hyperscale data center projects in the United States. You will coordinate commissioning, startup, warranty, and field support, guiding cross-functional teams and external partners to timely, quality delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in service operations or program management, strong communication, and the ability to travel 50-80% with on-site presence at customer locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in service operations or program management.
• Experience managing complex service programs with highly technical products.
• Experience in data center, HVAC, construction, or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply program management methodologies to ensure scalable execution across service programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across rework, startup, commissioning, warranty, and field support.
• Establish governance, standard work, and execution frameworks for consistency.
• Ensure safety compliance and execution readiness across field activities.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies; adjust plans to meet timelines.
• Serve as escalation point and liaison with external partners; construction site presence required.
