Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment uptime through timely repair and customer training
• Manage assets and resources to meet financial targets
• Communicate with customers, field service, sales and management professionally
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time
• Provide feedback with call close information and parts usage
• Support service organization with additional duties as needed
