Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide Branch Service Management on operating issues by driving economic and efficiency goals.
• Coordinate with President, Director of Service, and General Manager on manpower requirements.
• Mentor and Train Service Managers on effective customer support via service operations.
• Review WIP and LDL performance with branch leadership; address aging or stalled repair orders.
• Work with branches to achieve Service goals and KPI’s.
• Monitor records related to service employees’ performance and aid in evaluations.
• Coordinate with Deere, Wirtgen, and Allied Manufacturers on programs, warranties, and technical issues.
• Lead safety programs with Corporate Safety Manager and ensure compliance.
• Oversee technician productivity, labor utilization, and gross-profit management.
• Stay current on product improvement programs from Deere & Allied vendors.
• Lead root-cause analyses for customer disputes and issues.
• Drive PM and M&R contracts; ensure accurate estimates and scheduling.
• Foster cross-functional coordination with Parts, Sales, Warranty, Product Support, and leadership.
• Travel to branches to oversee operations and ensure sustained actions.
• Manage WIP performance across branches and review service metrics.
