• Completes evaluations on time and plans succession for key roles
• Fosters teamwork across departments and develops a service department business plan
• Sets daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals and tracks progress
• Travels to customer locations to build relationships and grow future business
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
