• Must have Associate degree or two-year technical certificate, or 3-5 years’ experience in lieu of degree/certificate.
• 5+ years successful experience in industrial service or equipment installation is required.
• 3+ years Field engineering experience.
• Very good Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Experience with pneumatics is also an advantage.
• Management/supervisor experience would also be an advantage.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task and work collaboratively as well as independently in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with hot melt adhesives is preferred.
• Bilingual skills highly preferred.
