Honeywell is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a diverse field service organization from a Maryland-based hybrid home-site. You will guide multi-site field operations, manage customer relationships, and drive financial performance across complex service portfolios.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading field service or facilities operations.
• Minimum 3 years managing managers and 50+ staff.
• Direct ownership of a P&L and $12M+ annual budget.
• Direct responsibility for multi-tier contracts $12M+ annually.
• Experience with contracts that have KPI or SLA guarantees.
• Experience supporting large facilities/critical infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site field service and facilities operations for large facilities, boiler and chiller plants, and critical infrastructure.
• Own contract execution, customer satisfaction, and operational performance for complex service portfolios.
• Manage P&L, revenue, margin, forecasting, and productivity metrics.
• Lead managers, supervisors, and field teams to ensure safe, compliant service delivery.
• Maintain executive-level customer relationships and ensure KPI/SLA commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and customer outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Customers to align objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
