Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead and oversee our Field Service team from a home-site in a hybrid work environment. You will drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth by directing field service operations and managing critical contracts.

You will report to the General Manager and work across multiple sites to ensure safe, compliant service delivery, strong P&L performance, and achievement of KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field service or facilities management teams.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and budgets.
• Strong track record in customer relationship and KPI/SLA delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site field service and facilities operations across complex environments.
• Own contract execution, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Manage P&L, revenue, margin, forecasting, and productivity metrics.
• Lead managers and field service teams to ensure safe, compliant service delivery.
• Maintain executive-level customer relationships and ensure KPI/SLA targets are met.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, engineering and customers to support growth.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Mitigate risks across service portfolios to protect relationships and finances.
