Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Lead Advance Field Service Technician for Fire Alarms Systems in Seattle, WA. This onsite role reports to the Field Service Supervisor and focuses on advanced technical support, maintenance, and customer guidance within Building Automation.

You will troubleshoot, program FACPs, and mentor junior technicians. Required a minimum of 5 years in field service engineering, NICET II certification, and strong leadership and customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven field service engineering experience with complex technical solutions.
• NICET II – Fire Alarm Systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in project management and execution.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• System Testing & Inspections: perform yearly NFPA fire alarm inspections and tests.
• Diagnosis & Repair: troubleshoot faults in fire alarm components.
• System Programming: program fire alarm control panels and integrations.
• Documentation: maintain detailed service records.
• Technical Guidance: train customers and mentor junior technicians.
