Job summary
Rivian is seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Technician to act as a technical expert and leader in supporting complex vehicle repairs and field operations. The role requires coordinating remote work, traveling to remote locations, and collaborating with service centers to deliver high-quality, efficient field support.

Qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years automotive repair experience with bumper-to-bumper diagnostics.
- 3 to 8+ years on High Voltage (HV) vehicle systems and HV diagnostics.
- Experience in leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
- Background in continuous improvement and process standardization.
Responsibilities
- Perform bumper-to-bumper diagnostics, complex repairs, and inspections at service centers and field sites.
- Provide high-level diagnostic guidance and remote troubleshooting for field teams.
- Coach, mentor and train junior technicians and internal partners.
- Use advanced diagnostic tools to resolve electrical, HV, and network faults.
- Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and drive process improvements.
- Oversee complex parts operations including ordering, receiving, and inventory.
- Produce documentation and provide root-cause analysis for leadership.
