Job summary

EnerSys's EAS division is seeking a Senior Technical Service Specialist to plan, coordinate, and support installation and service for batteries and charging systems. You will investigate and resolve customer technical issues and work with EnerSys labs to analyze performance and defects.

The role requires travel up to 25% for training, meetings, and on-site support, with a strong emphasis on safety, documentation, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret business, technical, and regulatory documents.
• Proficient in mathematical calculations (percentages, proportions, geometry, algebra).
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 25% for training, meetings, and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and supports installing batteries and related equipment.
• Investigates and resolves customer reports of technical problems with batteries and charging systems.
• Coordinates with EnerSys labs for removal, disassembly, and analysis to detect defects.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots battery monitoring equipment and related vehicle electronics.
