Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree from an accredited vocational school preferred.
• Minimum five years minimum experience working on heavy equipment.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write in English).

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees and conducts annual performance reviews.
• Serves as primary contact for customers seeking service work.
• Coordinates scheduling of field technicians to promote productivity and efficiency.
• Performs quotes, estimates and bids for service work.
• Manages work orders, warranty, and policy issues during repairs.
• Ensures customer communication and documentation throughout the repair life cycle.
