You will lead teams, set service standards, and collaborate with commercial teams to boost above-market growth.

The role requires 8+ years in field service, 3+ years in sales and leadership, P&L responsibility, and up to 60% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of field service or technical operations experience; 3+ years in sales.
3+ years of leadership experience managing managers or large field teams.
Demonstrated P&L responsibility; strong knowledge of sales and field service management systems.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute growth strategies for the Field Services organization.
Develop a compelling services portfolio and establish service standards.
Lead field operations across multiple territories and product lines.
