Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Min 2 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, service sales, or aftermarket business.
• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Translate corporate strategy into actionable regional initiatives.
• Establish sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities through market segmentation and lifecycle service strategies.
• Monitor business performance and implement corrective actions when required.
• Perform competitive analysis and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Identify new service offerings based on market intelligence and customer feedback.
• Support key account development and participate in strategic customer visits.
• Lead pipeline management and forecasting.
