Job summary

ASM is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer in the United States to install, maintain, and troubleshoot ASM capital equipment at customer facilities, with extensive hands-on field work and technical leadership.

Responsibilities include scalable problem solving, performance optimization, and collaboration with customers and internal teams while ensuring safety, documentation, and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electronics/EM Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of field service, customer support, or semiconductor equipment experience.
• Strong troubleshooting on complex electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, qualification, startup, checkout, and decommissioning ASM capital equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical/electronic/mechanical/controls systems.
• Prepare and communicate daily status updates and reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians; share lessons learned.
