Job summary

ASM is seeking a Field Service professional to install, qualify, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced semiconductor capital equipment at customer sites.

You will diagnose complex issues across electrical, mechanical, vacuum, robotics, and software domains, document findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment performance and uptime. Travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical Tech, or related field.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting aptitude.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and work in cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, qualify, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced semiconductor capital equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, vacuum, robotics, software, and process-related system issues.
• Document service activities, maintenance actions, and technical findings accurately.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Support, and R&D to resolve complex technical challenges.
