Job summary

MSR-FSR in the United States seeks an experienced Field Service Engineer III to support semiconductor tools and equipment. You will install, maintain, and upgrade systems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and translate schematics into actionable service steps.

This role requires 3–5 years in the semiconductor industry, an associate degree or equivalent training, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training and field experience.
• 3-5 years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CMP equipment and related tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, demo, and upgrade equipment as needed.
• Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Follow training procedures and published task plans for testing and diagnosing equipment problems.
• Complete necessary job documentation and safety training.
• Read and translate mechanical and electrical schematics related to the tool.
• Provide clear communication to co-workers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Assist junior field personnel on safety and troubleshooting procedures.
• Represent MSR-FSR professionally while putting the customer first.
