Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills with microprocessor-controlled systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, qualification, preventive maintenance and repair on semiconductor capital equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software-related issues.
• Provide customer training and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Interpret schematics, drawings, and documentation to diagnose issues.
• Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document service actions and findings accurately.
