Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair and install imaging equipment in hospital settings. You will lead customer communications, own issues from dispatch to resolution, and collaborate with teams to drive service excellence and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent with 4 years of experience (or a high school diploma with 6+ years), a valid driver's license, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent military education with 4 years of service experience.
• Or high school diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Technical capabilities in imaging equipment including troubleshooting, repair and installation.
• Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to work after hours and rotating on-call including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely preventive maintenance of medical equipment at hospitals/health systems.
• Troubleshoot, service repairs and installations of moderate complexity.
• Lead communications with customers and act as escalation point.
• Own customer issues from dispatch to resolution and ensure follow-up.
• Collaborate with team to deliver effective solutions and drive satisfaction.
• Assist with contract and on-demand revenue growth through insights.
