You will handle preventive maintenance, on-site service, and customer communications with autonomy under defined guidelines. You will work with a cross-functional team, stay updated on industry practices, and participate in site inspections supporting the sales process.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform successful installations at new and existing customer sites
• Complete preventive maintenance on time 100% of the time
• Provide dependable service for emergency repairs per service levels 100% of the time
• Complete paperwork within service goals (reports, SFDC)
• Train on-time to meet quality requirements and policies
