Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on machinery service, commissioning or maintenance required.
• Ability to troubleshoot automated systems and read multi-page schematics.
• Willingness to travel 40–70 days per year and hold a valid passport.
• Strong customer-facing communication and professionalism.
• Local commute to Menomonee Falls, WI with a field toolset.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site machinery installations and system integrations globally.
• Perform FAT/SAT and assist with commissioning on client sites.
• Download PLC/HMI programs and verify logic parameters.
• Troubleshoot high-voltage panels and multi-axis drives.
• Submit Engineering Change Requests based on field insights.
• Coordinate with design engineers for equipment handovers and training.
