Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a skilled ALD/CVD equipment Installation & Maintenance specialist to install, set up, and maintain ALD/CVD tool systems at customer sites in the semiconductor industry. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and lead repairs to ensure optimal tool performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years of semiconductor equipment experience required.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support of semiconductor equipment.
• Experience in Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) tool (equivalent).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and systems.
• Proficiency in interpreting schematics, technical drawings, and system manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up equipment at customer sites.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Conduct system upgrades and modifications as needed.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers on equipment operation.
• Train customer personnel on maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal technical teams.
• Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation for customer interactions.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in semiconductor manufacturing technology.
