Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and support ALD tool equipment at customer sites across the US. You will perform basic service, maintenance, and upgrades, diagnose hardware issues, and coordinate with engineering for complex problems.

You will also provide on-site training, create service logs, and maintain safety and quality standards while traveling as required. A bachelor's degree and electronics/mechanical basics are expected.
