Qualifications

• 2-4 years in field service or semiconductor equipment support
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams
• Bachelors in Electronics/Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with ion implant systems preferred
• Strong customer communication skills

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, upgrade, and repair semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic software and analytics
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, vacuum, hydraulic, and gas subsystems
• Ensure safety, quality, and cleanroom compliance in all activities
