TEEMA is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support advanced scientific imaging systems across the Western U.S. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and maintain high-end analytical equipment, serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers.

Expect extensive travel (Mon–Thu) with Fridays for documentation or home-office work. The role offers rich training, career development, and strong support from global teams in a dynamic technical environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical education.
• 5+ years servicing complex capital equipment or scientific instrumentation.
• Expert electromechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with electron microscopy, SEM, FIB/DualBeam, MicroCT, medical imaging, laboratory instrumentation, high-vacuum systems, or other high-end analytical equipment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and maintain sophisticated electron microscopy and analytical instrumentation.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
• Collaborate with North American and global technical support teams to solve complex electromechanical challenges.
