Job summary

Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician. This role is remote from a home office with frequent travel to customer sites and occasional overnight stays, supported by a company vehicle and comprehensive training.

You will perform emergency repairs, startups, and preventive maintenance to ensure uptime in critical facilities. The ideal candidate has power systems/electronics experience, the ability to read schematics, and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Two years of power systems or electronics experience; coursework or internship welcome.
• Valid driver’s license with clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for emergency repairs, startup services and preventive maintenance.
• Travel daily to customer sites using an Eaton-provided fleet vehicle; some overnight stays may occur.
• Support safety audits and compliance programs to protect field staff.
