Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Answer client questions in a professional manner.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the client SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks per policies.
• Submit real-time reports of all calls.
• Adhere to safety policies and guidelines.
• Assist with asset and inventory control per client agreements.
• Report activity in a timely, accurate manner.
• Perform other duties as needed.
