Job summary

Supreme Garage Door in the Dallas/Fort Worth area is seeking a Senior Field Sales Specialist for high-ticket residential door replacements and our Costco partnership. You will lead in-home consultations, present premium options, and close profitable deals with strong inbound leads.

This role offers guaranteed ramp pay, substantial commissions, and a clear path to regional sales leadership as SGD expands into new markets, with hybrid field/remote CRM work when metrics are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2C in-home sales or high-ticket sales.
• Experience with big-box retail lead programs (Costco, Home Depot, Lowe’s) preferred.
• Proficient with CRM systems and scheduling tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to cover the Dallas/Fort Worth field territory.
• High school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• In-Home Consultations: conduct in-person estimate appointments in the DFW territory to sell high-value residential replacement garage doors.
• Manage the Costco program: champion price books, product lines, campaigns, and financing options.
• Appointment management: call customers to confirm appointments, set arrival windows, maintain high show/conversion rates.
• Rigorous follow-up: manage 40+ active quotes and coordinate dispatch with the office.
• CRM & deal closeout: record notes, complete closeout, update CRM after closing deals.
• Retention & account growth: follow up on retention, commercial, takeover opportunities, including Minnesota leads.
• Team collaboration: work with field techs, operations, and leadership in an all-hands-on-deck environment.
