• Proven Scrum Master or agile delivery leadership with ability to scale practices.

• Own requirements strategy for field sales platforms and validate BRDs, specs, and user stories.
• Oversee Scrum ceremonies and Jira delivery tracking; ensure sprint readiness and transparency.
• Maintain a strategic cross-platform view of field sales tech and partner with vendors on feasibility and data impact.
• Represent BI&T in senior stakeholder discussions and align sales ops, data teams, and delivery teams.
• Facilitate retrospectives and establish standards for BA and platform delivery.
• Own reporting on delivery, adoption, and data quality metrics.
