Responsibilities
  1. Learn and understand the full line of Research & Learning products to effectively serve clients.
  2. Manage assigned accounts, develop a sales pipeline, and maintain CRM data.
  3. Drive new customer development through prospecting, meetings, and presentations.
  4. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
  5. Contribute to product development and issue resolution.
  6. Identify opportunities to increase market share within the territory.
  7. Plan and schedule sales activities efficiently.
  8. Collaborate with colleagues and manage account/channel conflicts professionally.
  9. Develop and update the Business Plan with accurate pipeline and forecast data.
  10. Engage in weekly communication with the manager.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, with experience in developing prospect lists, achieving quotas, and using CRM tools.

Preferred Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, SaaS, or software, with a record of success and industry-specific knowledge.

Skills & Abilities
  • Independent work ethic with minimal oversight.
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and travel up to 10%.
Additional Information

Salary range: $76,350 - $105,700 (varies by location). Role is eligible for commission. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), tuition assistance, paid leave, and more.
