Regional Sales Manager - WEST - B2B SaaS

Full time | 70k base + uncapped commissions | Remote - USA

We’re looking for experienced Sales Professionals with a strong history in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have the drive of Gordon Gekko, the good nature of Tommy Boy, and a high tolerance for movie and sports references. If you thrive on turning No into Yes and want business cards that say bacon, this might be the job for you.

This role involves responsibility for new logo sales to potential clients only. It does not include renewals or account management for existing clients.

About You

• You're a B2B SaaS sales professional with a proven track record of smashing revenue targets for at least one to two years.
• You have experience selling products with an ASP ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 in annual recurring revenue.
• You handle price objections with finesse and professionalism.
• You are a problem-solving Sherlock Holmes, always seeking the best solutions to enhance HR & Payroll operations.
• Your prospecting skills are top-notch, and your determination to succeed is unwavering.

Compensation

• First-year On Target Earnings: $85k - $95k
• Second-year On Target Earnings: $150k - $250k
• Third year and beyond: $250k+
