We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager, Nuclear Plant Restarts and Life Extensions. In this role, you will drive business development and sales efforts, managing the entire sales cycle from identification to contract signature for complex, long-duration nuclear plant operations, modernization, upgrades, or restarts. Your goal will be to ensure operational efficiency and full compliance with safety guidelines, while building strong client relationships.

You will report to the VP of Commercial LTO and this position is remote.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the sales strategy.
2. Maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers at nuclear utilities, government agencies, and industry partners.
3. Lead negotiations on contracts, agreements, and project terms.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or project management within the nuclear industry, focusing on long-term operations, maintenance, and plant life extension projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and securing multi-million-dollar contracts in the nuclear or energy sector.
• In-depth knowledge of nuclear power plant operations, safety protocols, and regulations.
• Proven negotiation skills, especially in managing complex contracts and project terms.
