Viking Electric in Duluth, Minnesota, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales and profit in the assigned geography. You will hire, train, coach, and mentor sales associates, aligning resources to expand market share and strengthen key accounts.

This full-time role offers a base salary of $115,000–$160,000, plus a 30% short-term incentive and a comprehensive benefits package. Ability to work in the evenings and on weekends is required.

Formación

• Minimum education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and ability to manage financial performance.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• This position occasionally requires work in the evenings and on weekends.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future

Responsabilidades

• To manage/grow sales and profit for the assigned geography.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor sales associates.
• Align sales resources to grow market share and account penetration.
• Actively engage with sales teams through regular meetings and joint customer calls.
• Manage and motivate the sales force to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and adjust strategy to market demands.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve market share and growth.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
